All items purchased are sold subject for use in compliance with manufacturers instructions which
are clearly marked on the items. All products comply with UK reguations and are suitable for use
Where advice is sought via our email or telephone service, the advice given is solely with regard to
the product in connection with it's use against the pest it is cleared for use for and we do not
accept responsibility for mis-use or handling.
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and Pesthelp for the sale by it to you of any product unless
and until Pesthelp accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product.
That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been
effectively communicated to you at the time Pesthelp sends the email to you (whether or not you
receive that email). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been
concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and
enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Pesthelp irrevocably
submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We aim to ship all items on the same day of ordering or the following working day of receiving your
order, though we cannot guarantee this. The vast majority of products displayed at Pesthelp are
held in stock by us; where they are not in stock we make every effort to display this information
before you place your order.
We will send you an email to confirm your order has been received and whether or not it has been
accepted. At anytime, you can see the status of your order by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org with a request. Please include your order number reference.
When an order is made and the product has been superseded or is unavailable Pesthelp reserve
the right to send products of equal efficacy / value of the products ordered.
Orders will be dispatched the same day where possible for next day or 1st class delivery. A
signature is required, so please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive the goods.
Alternatively, the items can be left with a neighbour, with your emailed instruction, or we will leave
in a 'safe place' without signature. Any items instructed to be left without signature become the
responsibility of the purchaser.
Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
Claims for non-arrival of orders will not be considered after 28 days from original order being
placed. [If an item is out of stock and we are unable to send at the time of order, you will be
Returns & Refunds
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund of the item providing it is unused, unopened and
in original packaging within 28 days of receipt. We regret we cannot refund the packaging and
delivery charge. Please note: for large or long items the actual cost of delivery may be more than
that paid. For these returns, the actual cost of the delivery will be deducted from the refund minus
the original charged delivery amount.
Return of goods sent by us in error that were not ordered, we will refund the cost of carriage up to
a maximum amount of £5.95 unless extra has been agreed by us in advance of the return. In these
cases please email email@example.com
Items subject to a manufacturers guarantee that are found to be faulty during the period of that
guarantee may be returned to us for testing, repair or replacement under the terms of the
guarantee. You must notify us by email prior to returning any item. The order number and customer
details along with reason for return must be included with the returned item.
